The Community of Madrid's ESF+ Programme – Incentives for Hiring Young People is an initiative co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the Community of Madrid, which aims to promote youth employment and the integration of people under 30 into the labour market.

Through this programme, grants are awarded to companies and employers that sign contracts with young people registered in the National Youth Guarantee System, thus promoting their entry into the labour market and the development of professional skills in real work environments.

Within this framework, Master Battery has received a grant aimed at promoting the recruitment of young talent, contributing to quality employment and the growth of Madrid's business fabric.
